Texture

I had to include this macro shot of a blanket I crocheted for our soon-to-arrive bundle of joy. I like the texture and variety of color in the photo.

I think it came out pretty well considering it's the first thing I've tried crocheting in 5 years. The wife liked it, anyway. :-)

Hey Dustin! Congrats on the lovely baby blanket. I crocheted 2 afghans made out of granny squares back in high school.
Nowadays, I'm knitting. I knit a cardigan for our 4 year old and just put 3 knit baby sweaters in our Eagan Rotary Art Gala silent auction on Saturday.
R U having a girl or a boy?

Leif, it must have taken you forever to crochet an afghan. wow. We don't know what we are having, we decided to be surprised. It wont be long now though.
