Makes me homesick. ( Don't ask how I got here) I lived in Flag 22 years. Kachina Village and Mountainaire. I also worked for the Forest Service and know a lot of the surounding areas inside and out. I was back last summer for a visit and can't believe how much things have changed. I started living in Flag when the Museum Club was considered out of town! LOL. Anyway..I have a great hike for you. Sycamore Canyon. You will LOVE it! You can hike it from the rim down (hard)or come in from the Cottonwood area. (easy). Let me know if you decide to do it. I live vicariously through your pictures!PlowandPonyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15891930969465066005noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1093522151506200540.post-43369849006474025962009-02-02T10:56:00.000-08:002009-02-02T10:56:00.000-08:00Such a dramatic and colorful view -nicely done! I suppose you know most of them. I like the idea of taking a hike on a historical trail.

my Memories
I wrote in my Memories blog about the roads of my youth and how they were to travel in the winter time.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
